Employment

Thank you for your interest in working for CCSI.

Our different residential settings provide homes for adults with developmental disabilities.

In our residential services program we work with individuals in their own homes or agency owned homes so that they can live and participate in the community of their choice as independently as possible.

The individuals we serve need assistance and support in order to live independently.  Some examples of the assistance we provide can range from helping someone record a purchase in a checkbook, assisting someone with dressing and bathing, helping/teaching someone to sort their laundry, assistance with medical needs or planning and cooking a meal.

Our homes are located Worthington, Windom and Luverne Minnesota and in Sibley, Iowa.

In our Community Living Alternatives program, each person has their own bedroom and share a common living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Our ICF/DD program – Ridgewood, is a licensed 12 bed facility located in Worthington.  In this setting each individual has their own bedroom but share the rest of the facility with the others living there. This program offers in-house nursing services plus assistance with daily living skills to those who reside there.
