CCSI has part-time positions available in Worthington!
DSP/Caregivers assist individuals with developmental and or physical disabilities in their home with personal cares/hygiene, meal planning and prepping, housekeeping grocery shopping and laundry. You will assist individuals with their individual goals as well. Our DSP’s also have fun on the job by assisting with activities such as attending community events, parades, ball games, dining out and going to movies.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have a working knowledge of the English language for communication with the consumers and for documentation purposes. Computer skills (Word) and basic math skills are necessary. Applicants must be able to move and lift up to 25 pounds. CCSI provides paid training!
Benefits are available starting with an average 20 hours per week for vision, dental, retirement, flex spending and AFLAC options. Individuals working an average of 30 hours per week are eligible for our health insurance option, Gravie. Gravie provides several different options for you such as deductible choices, copays and prescription coverage. All employees accrue PTO and ESST hours plus First Stop Health for virtual counseling and doctor visits.
Salary range is $17.75 -$20.00 per hour.

- CLA 604 – Two positions open:
- Average of 19.5 hours per week, DAYTIME hours. This does include every other weekend.
- Average of 30 hours every two weeks. Includes every other weekend. Afternoon/evening hours.
- CLA 404 – 32 hours per week including every other weekend. Mix of day/evening hours.
- CLA 1381 – Two positions open:
- Every other weekend 2 to 10 pm (8 hours per day) OR
- Every other weekend, 4 to 10 pm (6 hours per day).
- CLA 1945 – Every other weekend, 8 am – 4 pm (8 hours per day).
- CLA 430 WINDOM – OVERNIGHTS – Average of 36.63 hours per week including every other weekend.
