Client Community Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a part-time/fill-in position with approximate hours of 20+ per week. Applicants must be available to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and having a valid driver’s license is preferred. Applicants with general maintenance, residential painting, or mechanical knowledge are preferred. Applicants must be able to work independently, follow directions, and have strong attention to detail. Applicants must also be able to lift and move 25 pounds or more.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks
- Complete routine facility upkeep and preventative maintenance
- Provide painting and floor care services
- Assist with maintenance operations as directed
- Complete other duties as assigned

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour.
