CCSI has one opening in the SILS program for approximately 25+ hours per week! Hours for this position will be a mix of day and afternoon hours and an occasional evening for activities such as sporting events, dining out with small group activity or attending a movie.
As a DSP/Caregiver with SILS, you will assist individuals who live independently gain skills to maintain their independence. You will assist these individuals on a 1:1 basis in their home with cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, errands and appointments. You will work closely with other team members, case manager and parents/guardians. The individual hired will be able to work independently and be highly organized. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Starting wage is $17.75 to $20.00 per hour. Benefits are available for this position such as dental, vision, flex, retirement plan and AFLAC options. Health insurance is available with an average of 30 hours per week. All CCSI employees accrue PTO and ESST hours plus our EAP program, First Stop Health for virtual counseling and doctor visits.
Applicants must be 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. A working knowledge of the English language is essential for communication and documentation purposes. Computer knowledge (WORD) and basic math shills are necessary. Applicants must be able to lift or move 25 pounds.
