CCSI is hiring a dedicated and skilled maintenance person to join our team, 20-30 hours per week. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance tasks of equipment and facilities for our group homes, corporate office and Windsor Apartments. The person we hire must be available during business hours, 8 – 4:30/5 pm weekdays. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Benefits may include health, dental, vision, retirement plan, PTO and more.
Duties include assisting the maintenance supervisor with repairs, painting, flooring care and other duties as assigned as directed from the Executive Director and CCSI Board of Directors.
Experience in facilities maintenance or related field is desirable.
Mechanical knowledge and ability to help troubleshoot.
Experience in residential painting.
Excellent customer service skills with clients, staff, supervisors.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Background study required.
