Windsor Apartments has two one-bedroom units now open! To qualify, you must be 62 years of age or disabled and your income must be low to very low to qualify.
Rent and deposit is based on income. Heat, water, sewer and recycling included. Basic cable is available for $30.00 per month. Laundry facilities and an elevator on site. Tenant is responsible for their utilities and internet cost.
