The purpose of this service is to provide training and support in the areas of social, medical, self-help, and daily living according to the needs listed on each individual’s support plan.
Each home has supervision based on each individual’s support plan.
This service provides training and support for individuals and their families in the family home and in the community. It is designed to increase the family’s ability to care and support the individual in the family home.
This service provides short-term care to an individual when the caregiver needs to have relief of their daily responsibilities. Respite care can be provided in the individual’s home or other setting as approved by the team. This service may include both day and overnight services.
Iowa residential services are certified under Iowa’s Home and Community Based Services for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. (HCBS/ID)
These services provide daily support to individuals in their own homes and community. The services are directed toward increasing and maintaining the consumer skills in daily living, self-help, and community integration.
